Aegis Therapies Physical Therapist - Hybrid - Telehealth in Westminster, Maryland

We are looking for a full time Physical Therapists at Carroll Lutheran Village, Westminster, MD. This position would work half of the time in the CCRC in Westminster and the other half of the time working remotely via telehealth.
We also have a Program Manager opportunity for Physical Therapist to lead the Outpatient Therapy program in the Assisted Living building at Carroll Lutheran Village.

QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate from Physical Therapy program
Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice as required
Minimum one (1) year experience in an outpatient care or home health setting
