Recruiter - Job Details:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions within Prince George County, Maryland.
- Utilize various recruitment methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Provide timely and professional communication to candidates regarding their application status and next steps in the recruitment process.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including completing required paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Participate in recruitment training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations related to recruitment and employment.
- Job Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in Prince George County, Maryland, or surrounding areas.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment strategies and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
