Job Description

As the Operations Finance Sr Analyst you will support the objectives of the Accounting department while assisting operating departments with forecasting, budget, labor and inventory controls, analysis, auditing as well as operational responsibilities for the units you are supporting.

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if applicable to the position). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting. ?
If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Job Responsibilities
Including but not limited to:
Review weekly meals report against POS system.
Accurate billing to client and submitted timely.
Monthly review of all vendor statements for any unaccounted-for AP invoice
Review Meal trends, Hourly labor Schedule, support local team on reviewing Food Cost Per Meal. Make recommendation of areas of improvement
Identifying and correcting internal control weaknesses at service-level operations.
Assisting location management and corporate accounting department in monthly, quarterly and annual financial reconciliation and analysis, particularly during the month-end close process
consolidation and analysis of weekly, monthly and annual reporting and projection process.
Monthly Forecast adjustments; aligning with expectation.
Ad Hoc Request and research from RDM and RFD
*This role requires being on-site in Rockville, MD*
Qualifications
Technical Knowledge and key attributes:
3 ? 5 years? experience in service industry combined with a system driven approach to credit control
Have very good knowledge of Excel (crucial)
Have experience of working with Oracle System ? this would be an advantage
Possess relevant or related financial qualification
Have good interpersonal and communication skills
Are self-motivated
Have excellent phone manner (crucial)
