Our innovative digital solutions team is seeking a project coordinator to manage the logistic and administrative demands—as well as provide a range of communications support—for two national public health programs. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, independent judgment, strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, superb Microsoft Suite application skills and flexibility, as demands and priorities change.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide day-to-day support for activities including: scheduling conference/meeting times and facilities, coordinating event/meeting schedules and sending invites, and providing on-site meeting support such as notetaking

  • Produce meeting and briefing materials, develop and distribute meeting agendas and other support tasks, as needed

  • Assist in developing and preparing written reports and plans

  • Assist in data entry and requirements gathering based on predefined templates

  • Assist with overall project tracking, including updating activity timelines in project management tools

  • Assisting in preparation of internal and client presentations

  • Track and report on program metrics

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience interacting with and supporting senior-level colleagues and clients

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office tools

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task

  • Customer service focused with the drive to solve tough problems

  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
