JHNA Technology Security iscurrently seekingaForeign Disclosure Analyst, Journeyman level, to support our government customer at Patuxent River, MD. Candidate will provide analysis and support as a member of a major program office Foreign Disclosure Team, which will be responsible for reviewing and documenting the release of information to international participants.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and analytical support for the Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO) in developing, updating, administering, and evaluating policies and procedures directly affecting the release of highly technical and sensitive information to international customers.
• Provide support to the platform International Programs team in processing licenses. Participate in identifying, collecting, analyzing, staffing, and issuing recommendations on platform-related licenses. Track case status and schedules.
• Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical information relating to system acquisition and ITAR licensing.
• Interpret disclosure policy and ensure that the appropriate National Disclosure Policy, Technology Transfer and Security Assistance Review Board (TTSARB), Disclosure Determination, Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) or Export License is upheld.
• Provide Foreign Disclosure guidance and recommendations to the FMS team.
• Stay familiar with system configurations and awareness of capabilities and stay abreast of different system by FMS customer.
• Review documents various security enclaves to ensure documents provided to foreign customers are releasable; provide feedback to document owners with notes associated with your review if necessary. Notify document owners of document questions, corrections, or sanitization needs.
• Maintain a document tracker with statuses of documents in the Foreign Disclosure review queue.
• Provide case managers a weekly status on documents in the Foreign Disclosure review queue.
• Upload documents into the NAVAIR 7.4 Security Storefront. Ensure the 7 Golden Questions form is uploaded with the associated document package in the storefront.
• Conduct classified safe inventory once per quarter. Ensure all documents within the classified safe are accounted for and ensure new documents that have been added are added to the inventory.

Required Experience and Skills:

• HS Diploma and 5+ years professional experience in Foreign Disclosure and/or ITAR compliance and export/import logistics management, preferably in support of the USG or a major defense contractorORAA/AS and 2+ years of professional experience in Foreign Disclosure and/or ITAR compliance and export/import logistics management, preferably in support of the USG or a major defense contractor.

Qualifications Desired:

• Demonstrated knowledge of International Traffic-In-Arms Regulations (ITAR)
• Demonstrated knowledge of DoD policy and documentation related to export compliance, including TTSARBs and DDLs
• Demonstrated knowledge of DoD program acquisition for domestic and/or international military aircraft programs
• MS Office experience, excellent briefing, interpersonal and/or diplomatic skills
