Description
A junior operations analyst provides support for an advanced research and development program in planning, tracking, scheduling, briefing preparation, correspondence, and documentation preparation. Provide support for all internal and external reports, data calls, and request for information. Analyze, make recommendations, facilitate, and report on: program management plans to include office moves, facilitates design, and facility construction. Support development and updates of organizational charts. Facilitate and participate in program meetings. Ensure support of accurate and detailed meeting minutes. Work closely with leadership to communicate priorities, policies, procedures, decisions, goals, and issues. Prepare and maintain reports, and statistics related to the office or functional area. This position will work closely with the administrative support personnel. Provide cross function liaison support to resolve issues/conflicts at the lowest possible level, and minimize management involvement where possible.
Requirements
MINIMUM TANGIBLE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. Experience cannot be substituted for education
Must have 2-4 years of experience in the DoN Program Office environment
Active Top Secret clearance required
No travel is required for this position
