Responsibilities: Facilitating prioritization sessions and executive briefings ​​​Knowledge and experience in Lean Business Case development Preparation of executive materials for briefings Education, Degrees, and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum Requirements: 4 years of experience in business process analysis and system analysis to move to digital services Experience in problem solving Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and other software development methodologies Knowledge of agile program management trends in order to incorporate relevant applications Experience in process improvements and implementation Experience in and knowledgeable of multiple information technology systems, and activities to improve or enhance internal processes Strong analytical skills to examine systems and processes and extrapolate solutions after reviewing data that provide ways to improve or enhance internal processes Technical proficiency in relevant languages and development tools Thorough understanding of structured programming principals, system analysis techniques, system design, industry standard testing principles, system implementation Experience in documenting findings and proposes problem resolution alternative Experience in conducting thorough problem analysis regarding technical systems and application programs Preferred: Active IRS MBI Clearance Location: This position is hybrid, based in Lanham, Maryland. Candidates must be local to Lanham, MD or willing to relocate.
