Insight Global Chemical Safety Engineer in Indian Head, Maryland
Job Description
My client supporting their government customer is seeking a Chemical Safety Engineer to join their team in Indian Head, Maryland. The qualified candidate will participate in hazard analysis of manufacturing operations, review SOPs and analyze process start-up documentation. They will also review and update design drawings and conduct hazard assessments and quantitative risk assessments. This role is offering an annual salary range between $95,000 and $135,000.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years experience in chemical safety ensuring operations comply with applicable industrial requirements
Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering
-Active DoD Secret Security Clearance OR ability to obtain DoD Secret Security Clearance - Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Experience with explosives safety null
