Description
Our client is a leading digital health company focused on women's and family health. Their mission is to improve lives through innovative digital solutions that empower individuals with knowledge and personalized insights. They are looking for a Content Manager for Product Experience, a Technical Writer. In the Technical Writer role, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to write, optimize, publish, and manage high-quality content across our suite of apps. You will ensure our product content is effective, engaging, and drives user engagement, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities:
Execute on the product content strategy, creating and maintaining a robust clinical and lifestyle content library.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure content is clinically efficacious and accurate.
Work closely with product leadership to promote key business initiatives through content.
Drive increased member engagement across all products.
Develop strategies for efficient content creation and measurement, including handling of multiple languages.
Develop personalized and dynamic content approaches for users across a variety of life stages.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in content management, preferably in a health tech environment.
Experience working with clinical teams and understanding of clinical content.
Ability to work with product leadership to align content with business goals.
Experience in developing engagement strategies for digital content.
