Crestron Electronics has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager, Residential Market. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast growing organization.
In this role, you will actively participate in the sales, design, quotation, submittal and order closing process in a firm that cultivates a close-knit and collaborative corporate culture. The primary responsibility of this position is to increase the Residential Market Sales business within your given territory, MD, DA, DC, VA, W.VA, NC, SC.
This position will be based in the Metro DC area.
Develop markets for various product lines.
Demonstrate products to regional distribution channels.
Responsible for identifying and developing opportunities, collaborating with entire sales team to provide solutions, and driving business back to the reseller channel while assisting in closing the sale.
Business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills are required.
Must showcase your expertise in the Residential Audio/Video/Lighting Control marketplace.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales
Bachelor’s Degree in sales/marketing/business preferred
Sales Force Experience a plus
Knowledge of Audio Visual Presentation/Communications industry
Knowledge of Computer/Internet and/or computer related industry
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Independent and self-motivated
Ability to develop a dealer based network for a specific product category
Energetic, enthusiastic and the willingness and ability to travel
Other Duties as assigned
Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
