Timbrook Office Manager in Cumberland, Maryland

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Office Manager, you will oversee the administrative operations of our Collision Center. You will be responsible for managing office staff, maintaining financial records, coordinating customer service activities, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations, including inventory management and customer invoicing.
  • Supervise office staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in preparing reports and other documentation as required.
  • Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance office operations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in office management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Knowledge of automotive dealership operations is a plus.
