Kaizen Approach, Inc Sr. Network Engineer in Columbia, Maryland
Are you mission focused and ready to be with a company that truly values your contributions? We are currently looking to hire an experienced Senior Network Engineer to support multiple, mission critical, network systems. In this role you will work with System Engineering and Data Analyst Teams to ensure proper mission operations while also supporting several large-scale integration projects. Duties include system design, testing, security planning, and security validation.
Requirements:
Three (3) years of experience with the following:
DCID 6/3 and/or ICD 503
Creating firewall rule sets from analysis of network traffic
Component validation of security devices
Integrating boundary solutions into customer networks
Configuring switches, routers, and firewalls
Five (5) years of experience with the following:
What’s up Gold and NetFlow
Computer Network Operations
Protection Level (PL) 3 high/high solutions utilizing Layer 2 to Layer 7
Twelve (12) years of experience as a Network Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Highly Preferred:
Experience testing LAN/WAN systems for security issues
Experience leading large-scale projects
Experience with security planning, assessment, risk analysis, and risk management
