Currently, we are seeking anInformation Systems Security Officerto join our Team!
* Must have active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph before consideration *
Description:
Serve as an ISSO on customer supported networks
Create and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs) that comply with enterprise architecture standards, including security procedures
Provide virus scanning services and install security updates and configure security policy IAW agency guidance
Provide access controls to limit network access to only authorized users in accordance with Government policies and procedures
Responsible for maintaining XACTA IA Manager for monitoring network systems to include preparation and review of documentation consisting of SSPs, Risk Assessment Reports, Certification and Accreditation (C&A) packages and System Requirements Traceability Matrices (SRTMs)
Requirements:
Security+ (Sec+) certification
At least 2 years of IT experience
Ability to multi-task, meet deliverables on time, excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED BEFORE CONSIDERATION
Desired Skills:
ISSO Experience (Developing/Preparing SSPs, Risk Assessments and C&A packages)
A good understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), and what each role does: ISSO, DAO, SYSTEM OWNER, ISSM
Understand the tools: XACTA, LATTEART, STE/STN, SEAR, BISCOTTI
