We are actively hiring a Systems Administrator with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our Mission Technology Division working in Bethesda, MD.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research adversarial threats posed to various systems, technologies, operations, or missions in all appropriate intelligence sources, analyze likelihood of threat, and contribute to profiling adversarial behavior, intent, and capabilities.

  • Analyzing and figuring out the system needs of an organization

  • Installing hardware and software for the network

  • Keeping systems operating efficiently by performing any necessary upgrades and repairs

  • Planning a strategy to maintain system security on the computers and the network as a whole

  • Optimizing and evaluating the system regularly

  • Assigning and updating security permissions for the system network

  • Training or directing users on the correct use of software and hardware within the system

  • Performing problem-solving tasks when alerted by a user or monitoring system

    REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

  • Bachelor's degree plus 11 years of relevant experience strongly preferred, or a Master's degree plus 9 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and 7 years of relevant experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 13 years of relevant experience

  • A degree in any field is acceptable.

  • Experience with Puppet, Managing VMware Infrastructure, and deploying VDI services.

  • Experience with systems administration in federal contracting environment
