Reporting to the Application Manager/ Salesforce Architect, theJunior Salesforce Administratorwill work alongside a technical business analyst. The Junior Salesforce Administrator will help continually improve and enhance the LIRS Salesforce platform by gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. The Junior Administrator will collaborate with our users to learn business processes to translate them into technical solutions. Duties will include all aspects of user management including support tickets and user training and testing support.This position can be remote with occasional trips to Baltimore as needed.

DUTIES

  • User and license management
  • User support tickets
  • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
  • User training and creation of training/testing materials
  • Sandbox environment management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Salesforce product knowledge and 12 months of hands-on administration experience OR Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
