Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service Junior Salesforce Administrator in Baltimore, Maryland

The Junior Salesforce Administrator will work alongside a technical business analyst and report to the VP of Information Technology. The Junior Salesforce Administrator will help continually improve and enhance the LIRS Salesforce platform by gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. The Junior Administrator will collaborate with our users to learn business processes to translate them into technical solutions. Duties will include all aspects of user management including support tickets and user training and testing support.
This position can be remote with trips to Baltimore as needed.

DUTIES
User and license management
User support tickets
Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, field page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
User training and creation of training/testing materials
Sandbox environment management.
Main support contact for the Loans Salesforce system
QUALIFICATIONS
Salesforce product knowledge and 12 months of hands-on administration experience OR Salesforce Administrator Certification
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Aptitude or experience with financial / accounting systems.
