Description

  • Responsible for answering customer service questions as related to basic info: account balance, delivery status, providing copies of missing invoices, and general customer service duties.

  • Provide service for entering orders to fulfill customer needs.

  • Ensure that customer questions are answered in a timely manner.

  • Ensure that customer orders are accurate and complete to meet revenue and brand goals for inside sales.

  • Answer basic customer questions regarding the customer account (i.e. balance due, statement copy, invoice copy, etc.).

  • Determine when customer requires assistance from accounts receivable specialist (level 2 issues) and ensure needs are met.

  • Ensure that customer service is held to the highest standard, maintaining good working relationship with outside and inside contacts.

  • Answer all delivery related questions coming in from customers Process orders and prepare correspondence.

  • Partner with internal customers such as sales, warehouse, purchasing and pricing to ensure inventory requested by the customer is in-stock, priced correctly and available for shipment.

  • Up sell products in line with monthly revenue and brand goals.

  • Knowledge of pricing deals and how pricing is structured to benefit the customer. Act as a business consultant to the customer to identify opportunities for incremental sales.

  • SGWS online help desk setting up new customers to SWO, answering questions, etc.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma

  • One to two years of customer service or inside sales (phone sales) experience.

  • Basic understanding of mathematical skills.

  • Accurate data entry and 10-key by touch skills.

  • Capable of solving a variety of customer service problems and supporting a range of personalities and customer types.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with others, orally and written.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

  • Ability to work well in a team setting, while also being a self-starter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree with course work in business or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize assignments/projects and multi-task within restricted time constraints and work without supervision.

  • Experience with AS400 a plus.

  • Two to five years of customer service or inside sales (phone sales) experience with exposure to an order entry system.

  • Beverage industry experience
