CACI International Risk Manager in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland
CACI is seeking a Risk Manager to support our Program in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Analyzes, organizes, plans and administers various phases of day-to-day program and program related processes. Analyzes complex contractual documents, technical data, customer data, customer practices, customer operational characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts to ensure programs are integrated vertically and horizontally across organization. Develops plans in order to enhance program execution. Analyzes improvement programs and potential results. Identifies, prioritizes, and assesses key program performance criteria. Develops policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure program performance. Conducts studies, monitors and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired program results. Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost, schedule, and performance risks. Works with Program Management team to develop risk mitigation plan. Update plan as risk are realized or retired.

Develop and maintain the Risk Management Plan
Interface with government personnel
Coordinate with Team CACI to develop the program risk register
Maintain the program risk register throughout the program duration, coordinating with risk owners and risk nominators to add, retire, accept, or update identified risk status
Provide risk status to the Government at Program Management Reviews
As needed, establish and execute a Risk Management process for system upgrades/modifications
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
4 year College Degree or equivalent experience;
7+ years related experience
US Army flight and logistics programs experience
Strong ability to identify, inspect, articulate, and resolve complex problems
Excellent verbal and written communications skills to communicate with others about the work being performing on the application
Current DoD Secret clearance (NOTE: U.S. Citizenship required)
